LD - he says nothing which tells me that he doesn't know what is going on, is not capable of handling it and doesn't have control of the situation - not really confidence building
if he was in control then he 'would' mention the next meeting and what he believes will occur. why? because he is a competent highly experienced businessman that can handle the situation
it could be something as simple as 'i am waiting for a response from the AG that will determine the time and date of the next meeting' - that gives no more information that the qrtly but it does portray that he is in control
