    dunno what more he could say...

    if he said he is waiting on AG to help mediate it would tell me he is not being proactive,

    what he did say was

    'The Company entered negotiations with the Attorney General initially, and WDLAC subsequently, regarding Adavale a workable agreement for Lake Disappointment. Negotiations are ongoing.'

    nothwithstanding the deplorable spelling error, he can't really comment beyond this without a firm agreement??
