Something tells me a number of shareholders may have alerted big brother in relation to guidance / targets cto have been providing over the years and have never even got close to, and possibly big brother may have reminded the management of their obligations under disclosure / guidance rules.
It would appear after many years of predictions being made with the use of their crystal ball big brother realised the companies crystal ball may have had a crack in it.Closer examination by big brother confirmed in fact the crystal ball was not only cracked but completely broken. Big brother subsequently slapped the company over the wrist with a feather and told the company not to make any more predictions until they replaced the crystal ball and spent many years learning what the crystal ball is really telling them.
