To me this whole BFS charade is a complete stalling tactic while the legal ownership/rights to Tubatse gets sorted out.
If the court case gets thrown out and ownership is resolved, I have absolutely no doubt Xstrata will takeover NKP.
It has been very convenient for Xstrata to delay it's decision due to BFS not being finalised, and I really feel that with Tubatse resolved, it then gives Xstrata the size, scope and synergy for them to warrant owning the whole shooting match.
Thats what Xstrata always wants when investing in new mines - Low cost, long life and world class mines. Particulary in metals that they believe have good future upside.
I will invest in this company with more serious money once this has been resolved. Not when the BFS is finished. Although, miraculously this could be close to the same time!!!! It's a risk I will have to make.
