Yeah its funny that when PL headed over to London the BFS was imminent - (pure speculation on my part) after a meeting in London with X (again Pure Spec).....we were no longer imminent... but "its out when its out"... then this today.... so IMO X are calling the shots...Now with NKP saying that they have other offers all lined up I can't imagine that these delays are all done just because " we would prefer a JV with X" quote which has been in previous annoucements.

I also see this as a stalling tactic (court case etc) for potential TO.....
But alas this is me being bullish on this situation.

What actually happened is probaly something we will never know.

I for one have just got back from the bank to top up my margin in my "play CFD account" (sitting pretty with an ave of 42 cents in my investment account) just incase this goes either way in the short term... With a big week in the US coming we have potential to get some extreme numbers on the Dow and with this Bot boy roaming I feel a safe approach is necessary.
