In AAR speak that means:
1. The company will/may get the results in February.
2. The company may or may not publish the results in February.
3. When the company gets the results, they may in fact decide to release results in next quarterly/annual report.
4. Times / days / months / dates , are meaningless, and February was chosen at random.
