As for me holding, "AGAIN" I already stated the reasons for my re-entry in AAR, after loosing a hell of a lot of money the first time around.

As you wrote, AAR announced its intention in the PFS on 31 October 2008... Now we are in February 2011 and nothing came out as yet.
Besides, "if", (and I stress the "IF" side of things), the $50million dollars for the mine was quoted way back then, what would the equivalent cost be in today's terms.?
