I think its tangled...from what i understand the funds you refer to are unsecured loans made to related parties but for the services provided by them ie GBU capital. Note how low admin costs are. Services such as consultancy, admin, secretarial, rental (and thats a doozie) are all classified as loans. Not quite sure on the reason.

Thats my first look anyway, open to other thoughts. But will be looking further here...
