Your quite right about the director fees, i guess i am a little turned off by the perceived lack of passion and hustle. When it comes to small caps i am a fan of Kris Sayce and his "destructive people" approach.

It is especially frustrating when it is clear that this project is so good and management do not seem to be publicising this. Perhaps it is because they are looking to acquire other tenements nearby, or maybe they honestly do not understand how good it is themselves... if that is the case then i hope they read hotcopper because I am going to lay it down for them.

They have stated the hydrothermal nature of the deposit. This means that the mineralisation has come from another source nearby.

They have reported the presence of gold, fluorine and strontium anomalies.

Firstly strontium ratios are apparently an accurate gauge for high REE concentration. i don't quite understand the technicals for why this is the case but it seems to be a well known indicator. Also strontium reveals the presence of Goyazite in high concentrations which is indicative of a carbonotite source.

Hydrothermal Florine and gold provide further proof of this as they suggest the formation of gold pentafluoride which would require extremely high concentrations of fluorine and not much heat to become a liquid. Thus, nearby less porous rock, if there is any, may well contain hydrothermal vein deposits of gold and HREE coinciding with old fault lines. These fault lines are identifiable from airborne geophysics and should reveal the location of the source. Closer to the source there may well be a general gold saturation of softer rock as well.

    So in summary:
-They must have a carbonotite very close by.
-It is likely full of HREE due to the high concentrations of strontium and fluorine.
-The fault lines around the area also likely full of mineralization and may reveal the source.

The only questions left to answer then are:
1: When will they find the deposit? not if..
2: Is the resource huge? or gigantic?
3: Is there a large cherry of gold on top?
4: How high will the share price go, thus rewarding shareholders like us?

The only reason i am impatient is that i would like to hear a bit more chat from ORM about how good a project this is.

I shouldn't have to do it for them.

Then again if they are as sure as i am, they may be the ones snapping up sub 12 cent shares. I would be buying more if i felt more assured of ORMs commitment to getting this off the ground soon. So for the mean time i will hold...
