The court case not be be held until March next year. I find the whole thing quite confusing. These comments from the quarterly didnt help: "We are confident that a third party's claim that the property should have been sold to it rather than to Atlantic Gold is without merit and in any event does not effect the sale....Atlantic Gold and Scorpio are confident that Steeple's claim is without merit and in any event does not affect the sale by Scorpio to Atlantic Gold's Canadian subsidiary." But if Steeple are claiming CH shoud have been sold to them,and they win, how can this not affect the sale? I guess ATV cant fill us in due to legal complexities. Hankimball, you posted "their argument is ATV didn't close the right of first refusal deal soon enough." You gave a link but I couldnt locate the article. I know management are dismissive of the whole thing, but will the market be? After all, CH is over half their total resource. Any other opinions appreciated.
