Unfortunately dealing with the government now...leading up to Xmas would be a surprise if they are progressing things quickly at that end.

Problem then becomes in to the new year the person who is responsible for 'title clearance' at the Nova Scotia government, having been in the job for about 35 years, likely to be using their long service leave leading to further delays.....

Just hypothesisng what the delays could be....as over the life of ATV there have been many, so need a few new reasons to justify the continuance of them.
