Estimated Cash Outflows for Next Quarter = $450,000

So by 1 January 2012 the company will have $96,000

Obviously there will be a cap raising at some point, but I think it would be prudent to hold off expenditure for the time being, otherwises things might get a bit tight.

Based on the above the CR must happen before x-mas IMO.

Also there is still no update on whether ROS will have to pay any additional money associated their breach of contract (silver project) and if legal procedings are still taking place against ROS.
