end game = convert debt to share equity. buy resource super cheap and close the company up and us up with it. they could not give a stuff about the company....thet would only want the resource.

The only thing that could play havoc with this is the way it is handled with regards to share holders. They obviously have La Jolla to deal with and would have to have their vote.


The sticking point will be is they are an 'interested party' in the deal and by rights should not be able to vote on it. I guess that is where we come in as shareholders and be a pain in the backside in the event they are trying to buy it for a song.

They could get around this by doing successive large share transfers to other account holders. A bit like the 20 odd mill that took place about 6 months ago.

I guess time will tell. Either way shabi...
