My logic goes,

When the agreement was made the share price of atv was higher and financial markets and gold were more bullish. Thus the price of insitu gold reserves would have also been more bullish

EZ contagion became more apparent, and here we are.

So, the owners of the property should be willing to allow atv another extension as sale to another party under the same conditions would be difficult.

A motion to set a date for the appeal hearing (w.r.t Higgins egocentrism) is currently set to be heard at Court on 21 August 2012.
