Amount:$100 million (paid in tranches over the first 21 months of the agreement)

So the first tranche $3mill was received on 16th April, there is no mention of the frequency of payments over the 21 months, nor the amount to be paid. Perhaps this will be provided in the EGM which is supposed to take place in the current quarter. I suspect that Express Link will have an easy out clause in the agreement, the devil will probably be in the detail.
We have seen and heard it all before.
