Current state of the pad doesn't matter either way IMO. We won't be in a position to recommence drilling util mid-late Q3 and that's only if we are making any real progress with negotiations. Would not be surprised to find that advanced negotiations = made some phone calls and has been included just to buoy investor hopes or that these new entrants into the market do not pass due diligence.
Best case we are drilling in 3 months, worst case we are drilling in 7+ months. Either way we are going nowhere at the moment, all we can do it set it down and wait.
