For those that don't look at the signs and check for fundamentals...which i admittedly did not do many years ago......this is a great tool (please see link below)

It looks at the solvency of the company and also it looks at the past performance.

While glancing around the screen please note the two large number on the right of the screen.....now please note the bottom one of these two.
