I would have thought the motion at the AGM, raising the percentage of shares that they could issue via a placement without having to seek approval from the shareholders to 25% was a fair indication of their intentions.

Anyway, for me, it's all about one thing - the Price of Silver. I think achieving production is almost a given. But it doesn't matter unless the POS is high enough to make the project profitable.
