The share price is now closing in on real value.
IMO a value of 1 cent is proper right now with no guidance from the board.It appears,from looking at annual report and the last quarterly,that RDS have delayed paying outstanding bills in order to preserve capital! I would think the accounts right now to be very close to zero or,possibly,
negative! Stay away from this company!!
