Lazy? After $512,160 in Directors remuneration goes out, to rehash a report written by the same person back in 2008 (albeit with enough changes for just enough separation), credibility comes to my mind, not laziness.
What are investors getting for their money here? Lack of performance should be punished, lets see who supports them at their next CR.
