To all existing TMX shareholders,

I strongly recommend to vote down the latest share grab by existing directors of 12,000,000 shares, which is on the back of last years share grab of 16,000,000 shares. To say this is to "align the interest of the directors with the shareholder" is a disgrace. Mr Jonathan Lim already owns over 73million shares, hardly need to align his interests here! Justin Virgin already holds over 9million shares with option for a further 4million, hardly need to align his interest either. The share price has been decimated over the past 4 years from a high of 8cents, to current level of 0.003cents. If you are a shareholder in TMX, this is your time to stand up and voice your opinion. If you have been happy with your investment in TMX over the years, you should vote in favour of rewarding the directors for their hard work. If your investment in TMX has been disastrous, then time to voice your disappointment.

As a TMX shareholder, I strongly urge you vote against resolutions 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
