Golf'e not sure what the big deal is - Firstly they are options (YES OPTIONS) they have to pay above the current shares price to turn them into shares. Perhaps they cant buy on market ? and at least the money goes to the company.

Virgin and Porter are new to the board and it takes time to find good projects unless you prefer to waist money on rubbish one Golfe?
Lim has paid for his shares a long time ago and probably put in millions of dollars to build his position.
Have a look they are not on very high wages so that is good you have to reward Directors and give them incentives to work hard. I prefer to Keep cash in the company and not keep wages low so it can be spent on projects etc...
Perhaps I will ask Justin to give me all the names of people who vote no to the number you have indicates I can then see who has $5 of shares and we will know who you are!!
