This is a standard resolution, it should read additional placement capacity... Co's can issue up to 15% without share holder approval, this resolution gives the company an additional 10 %, so 25 % all up... Interestingly not present last year.

Right now this would only raise about 30mil at the current sp... Once a cap raising is announces the. The amount may reduce... Not enough to plug the gap - Between total funding required and eig amount.......

Unless, they have agreed to issue 25% to someone at say 75mil.... So a placement price of around 36 to 40c...

Gives me some hope that they may be able to move forward... 25% at today's sp does nothing....

Who knows.... These days I am reading the PDY thread - much more interesting :)..
