OK Stoeger; I'll bite. Here's a few points you should consider:
* The mullock dumps date from 1958 or earlier; technology to extract tungsten has improved since then
* They took 606kg of sample; that is big - much bigger than you would get from sampling drill holes - and arguably more representative than drilling
* The material has already been dug up and piled on the ground ready for processing; I'd prefer that situation to having to design and dig a new open-cut.
