I have queried it via email and await reply. Could it be operating funds set aside for the JV with Nagrom. I'm sure all will be revealed in the half year due any week. I understand your concerns with the company but the main issue at the moment is green tape which I think they have explained in a reasonable manner.
Happy to hear your thoughts on the matter though.
