From what I hear they were basically broke pre-closing, so although your share values are about teh mark - I suspect they have no cash. Understanding is that the cash reported in the cash flow was tied up in the companies they sold to Sun. With ongoing cash burn etc., I suspect these are worth much less than where they are - not more, but we'll never know until the next quarterly or some disclosure by the company.
