Its a sad tale indeed cmonaussie and shows how bloody hard it is in this market if you choose to believe those in charge.

I note that the announcement regarding SEA and the sale completion, that some of the shares will be held in escrow in case of possible warranty claims... i.e if NSE have made mistakes, or MHR have, then some/most of the shares may be sold to pay for it, so how can anyone actually know if there is going to be enough money to run the company for longer than a few months!???
