One further point re the option agreement. Todd is a private Co. and a non reporting entity. How does FMS royalty recipients calculate tonnage mined?
What areas are being mined, grade of ore etc etc etc. no qtly, anns, annual reports etc.
Another reason for a total buy out, up front. FMS holders can then go on there way and Todd can move on and take over a bank to handle the profits.
