Couple of small points...

Sir John wasn't the founder of Todd Corporation, it was actually Charles Todd. It then passed through various bloodlines including Sir Desmond Todd, Sir Bryan Todd and on to Sir John Todd, a strong legacy and history. Current it isn't run by his son, Michael, although he is on the Board of Todd Corporation he is head of the Todd Family Trust.

The Chairman is actually Geoff Ricketts, a long time trusted friend of John Todd, whilst the Todd family has board presence through Vice-Chairman - Malcolm Whyte, NED - Michael Todd and NED - Henry Tait.

For FMS and the Todd offer none of this really matters as the primary driver and contact at Todd still remains as Michael Wolley, an ex-Lynas executive, now an executive with Todd Corporation.
