Yep. Also worth noting that around 11 million shares have been dumped in the month since the announcement that the deal wouldn't go ahead. That's less than 3% of the total share holdings (and I'll bet that in amongst all that has been a significant portion selling and buying back in at lower prices).
Another way to put it is that the owners of more than 97% of the share's total issued stock have sat tight through the drop over the past month.
