Hey guys. Been bit busy - mother has been taken into hospital last nite so only skimming HC wen time as with her.

Think u will find as u pointed out that proxies only come into play if empowering a 3rd party to act on ur behalf like in voting on resolutions etc.

That's not a necessity as proxy forms will come out with the SH meeting notice for ur own voting and asking a quest at the meeting is not representing or voting for someone.

That said, I am in Perth and if the meeting doesn't conflict with work or family then will b attempting to go. Can't see why if we agreed on a couple of relevant / pertinent questions that they couldn't b asked purely by me and reported back here?

The other thing I saw done by a poster on another stock I was in a while ago was he recorded as best he could parts of a meeting and then uploaded a link back on HC so we could all hear bits of the discussion.

That may b something possible also?
