Also, as I understand it, most companies have such a resolution in case they need to raise cash.

I see no reason why ABU will do any further capital raisings. Also, I believe quite a few options were in the money above $0.25, plus IGO is soon to make a decision in regards to its J/V with ABU, and may inject upto $1.5m. Lastly, and most importantly, ABU specifically explained that they company is cash flow positive, hence making money for the first time in its history.
