If 50% more production costs 50% more (fuel, salaries) then you get the benefit of extra gold of course, but any fixed costs means that you're more efficient (50% costs 40% more say) and win on the production cost side."
I asked about this when I called about the Quarterly. Loosely paraphrasing........ They have no immediate plans to move from 2 on/1 off as they do not want to put pressure on the workforce and potentially cause issues with production.
I also wanted to confirm if the entire $15.5 forecast outflows are part of AISC..... 99% give or take.
Given that the forecast outflows have to be calculated based on tonnage estimates, I asked for the estimate of tonnes for the current quarter but they didn't have that figure at hand. Said that the "guys on site" come up with that figure.
