Chef, let me get this one thing straight if I may. The realisation of DH's "shortcomings" as Captain of the ship be it, organising/running a mine was not only known but indeed, acted upon within the minds of managerial play so to speak?
So, effectively, we have been short changed here. ABU has been carrying this weight (incompetency of leadership) for the past few months (@ least) whilst commissioning has been bungling along?
So, the sp reflects this incompetency? Have I got it wrong or right? I'm really not sure of what is up & what is down with this company?
I personally see the ounces announced as typical of commissioning a mill with low grade ore sure! I agree somewhat with the apologetic nature of SALT's many, arduous posts concerning where we are at BUT, DH is clearly lacking & therefore surely, management has been incompetent by keeping him on @ the helm instead of axing him MUCH earlier as in, MONTHS AGO?!?
Comments anyone, whether apologetic or not?
