RWA, mate you've got your expectations out of whack. No one will finance the project right now for three reasons: 1) we don't know how much capital is required (will come from DFS); 2) we don't know if we have the legal right to dig it up (will come from the mining licences); and 3) we don't have anyone to buy the product yet (offtake).

Finance will come when these three things fall into place. Endeavor are looking after two of these things for us so we're in good hands.
