There may be no shortage of potash but this is SOP and very economic and usable on sensitive crops like coffee so a better deposit as far as I can see.

I still cant help but think you've posted more out of some bad past experiences with specs.
If you've no skin in the game why comment is my philosophy.
Either way unless there's some pertinent points related directly to the business all the potential negatives are just that.
As I said before all the things you've mentioned have been covered over and over again.
