I agree with easing up beating on mngt. We’ve had many posts on what mgt should do and they have taken note. You know they read HC (hi IG) and I’m sure Todd does as well.
They are continuing negotiations with Todd.
After 31Dec they will discuss with other parties re development
They will also speak to Steel Mills re funding.
They have reduced staff and salaries.
Just what SH wanted.
SH holders behaved well before the last vote and had the term “rebel” in the first news article retracted, got a very unusual invitation to attend a meeting with the T/O mgt and came home with a convincing vote.
Why not stay with that modal.
The qtly was certainly detailed, 101 on collecting /handing samples and the GPS has accuracy of <5m.
We now have another vote coming up. I’m still questioning if we should restrict the issue of shares or vote No for 3.
They can’t run without money, if they loose a tenement it can be picked up buy Todd or others for peanuts. Moneys will be got using other options which will be worse.
IMO it’s up to Todd to make the offer and it’s then up to SH to consider it.
No one has come up with a suggestion of a better available deposit than PIOP, so let Todd put a value on it. SH may then have to encourage him to go higher.
