Doesn't the MDL allow you to move up to 2mt of product prior to Mining Lease?
I thought I read that on the Metro Mining forum as they were saying disappointing that the need for an Environmental Impact Study would delay them at least 6 months but they can bypass the MDL and move straight to a mining lease and remove the 2mt cap? 800kt is still only 40% of that cap and imagine they can prove up a mining lease in 6 months over the 11% whilst they start shipping trial quantities of 65kt per month to prospective off take parties at the spot price
