Agree susp cont, but the 1st structured announcement with no bull....and a 'learned' script!!! Reasons for nil results in testing finally explained with solutions. Even seems there may be corroboration btw nxr & bct. Suspension imo to continue as testing is completed although scientifically unaware if testing has to be restarted or only to apply new testing programs???
