Let me get this straight. You're suggesting SH is discussing non public information with individual shareholders? Or is it more likely that he is simply giving you the standard proforma answer that everything is under control?
Either way, I'm guessing it's hard to spin a positive out of a cash balance of $500k or is this some kind of genius strategy.
Based on your conversation with the company, why do you think they allowed the cash balance to get so low?
