You are right, company never said in any ASX announcements that they don’t need to raise money this financial year. But many holders (including me) spoke to the management and they confirmed:

“NO CAPITAL RAISING IN THIS FINANCIAL YEAR”

And this is very understandable as there are 250M options @2c, which equates to $5,000,000

You should not forget VRC is the stock which jumped from 3c to 14.5c in just over 2 months period and drop back to 3-4c in over 10 months period (along with most graphite stocks)

last week it touched just close to 5c without any announcement. And you should know what would be with any decent announcement. (which is expected at any but suitable time)

You mentioned about “draw down facilities" that is a funny statement.
Most of 250M options holders are loyal and large stock holders and they can convert their options any time when company in real need of money.
Last capital raising was @ 10c. Next capital raising, we will see !!
This is bit hard time for the holders, but remember why Mr.winston wolf and party are so much interested
in this worst penny dreadful stock. Out of his 341 posts, 317 posts are down-ramping this stock.
Why? He can’t answer. Good luck to steadfast holders.
