They have done fresh sampling to compare against original samples given by CoCu.
These samples have been tested, analysed, and will be released to the market. They have those results, and have been sitting on them for quite some time now.
I presume everything needs to line up, and will be released at the same time:
1, Results of fresh samples.
2, ZEA certificates.
3, Plan moving forward regarding CSA's detailed ground-work programme.
4, Exercising and moving forward with the phase of the earn-in agreement.
They say this on their projects page, "CoCu is in the process of converting the artisanal exploitation licenses to mining prospecting permits" so is this part of the ZEA?
That's a positive statement in itself as you wouldn't convert the artisanal exploitation licenses to mining prospecting permits if the latest samples were duds....
So, I respectfully disagree with you first statement, as after the next announcement they should be straight into CSA's ground-work program, with more results pending before years end. Possibly even drill targets identified, and a start on drilling, and first results not long after...
