Firstly, as I have stated on a number of times, the tech IS good. Some issues in architecture but overall very good, robust and has significant differentiation.

None of that means anything if you are focused on other matters. From the start, the main focus has been the SP. Trying to do whatever you can to bolster the SP rather than build a business. Even today, there is still not a single sales person with everyone based in Adelaide. While Adelaide is a very nice place, I wouldn't call it the world's IoT Technology hub, or even Australia's tech hub. You would think with the capabilities of a great product, you would have key employees based in key locations, outside of Adelaide, promoting it.

Right from the start there has been a misalignment of goals. I don't believe for 1 second that the goals of the CEO were not met. It's just that I don't believe that those goals were aligned to those of the SH. There was a reason 1 left and it had everything to do with that misalignment of goals.

As for people you refer to who talked about how wonderful the product was on this forum, it is quite clear that there were/are a number of posters who had their own agenda's in mind. Not all of them were idiots. You only have to run through a list of posters who were here 3-12 months ago who have mysteriously disappeared to draw your own conclusions.

As for this all being a scam, well .... I have my own beliefs but it should not be you or anyone else drawing that conclusion. You will have learned nothing if you do nothing. If you feel that things have not been run according to how an ASX listed company should be run, then report them to ASIC. I have...and I know others have too. Let ASIC draw the conclusion.

You should not be here to 'learn'. You are here to engage in proper business practices. If you do nothing, then you will likely get burned elsewhere and more than likely others will get burned by the same folks that burned you.

Rather sad reading this - I got duped as well by this stuff as well with dreams of licensing deal with Intel and never sold as much as I should have near the top.
