Hi Jordan, Don't know who you are but I am bullish.
This is long overdue for a breakout.
Lot of investors are awaiting validation technical and commercial.
Given that in its previous history it was run by a bunch of amateurs and still managed to validate technology with clients ad contracts is a credit to inventor. He has been one patient and honorable guy who at various stages could have walked out with the technology.
I think the current mob have made their wealth elsewhere (couple of oilers were multibaggers in their hands) and are not spruiking it. They are probably buying cheap.
From the activities of last quarterly, any one of a number of contracts coming up which will add a few bags.
Cannot be held down any more.
