I haven't touched corps act in a decade but I think it contains a provision which deems directors personally liable if they trading as insolvent. Or something to that effect.

Maybe I'm just jumping at shadows here, but we had 2.583m in cash left at 31 dec. Last qtr we spent 1.4m. If we continue to burn cash at this rate we won't make it to June. In the announcement they did say that they are planning to spend only $1m next qtr. but these are the same ppl that told me that we will start constructing a mine in 2014. Maybe they are expecting another R&D refund or something in feb like last year to boost up the cash reserves. But honestly I have no idea whether we will make it. For full disclosure I have $35k riding on this share with $30k paper loss. I'm the last person to want this company to fail. But literally wtf did we spend all the money on?!?!
