US interest rates expected to start increasing this year so expect a lower aussie dollar. Most expect aussie dollar to be around the 70c mark or even lower. Even if aussie is 80c , copper at US $3.00 the project payback including interest payents is still under 4 years leaving significant cashflow over remaining 8 plus years of the project.
