    Unlike the suspended stock I'm pretty sure NOR has not made a price sensitive announcement outlining a deal, projected numbers or potential revenue. So no need to announce deals are no longer imminent.

    Only way NOR can avoid a CR is with a juicy deal with a huge upfront payment. Even then I would then do a CR at a premium personally
