The section in the 2nd page is headed up as "Background & agreement detail" if it had just said background information that would have been fine. By including "agreement detail" it makes it sound like more of the terms of the agreement are listed in this section.
Anyway on to the reason why I'm reply to your post.
Syntonic if they so wished could tell us how many times in a month there product is used, that would help investors to see how use is or isn't growing.
They could post what percentage of users triggered a royalty payment last month & how many triggered more than one payment.
There are lots of ways they could be more informative around revenue if they chose to do so. They choose not to do so, just like they haven't had a Q&A for close to 5 months or updated the investor presentation in 6 months.
