Thats okay. Another revenue query to ponder: If Aktay do not sign any sufficient customers for Dataflex within the first year between partnership and 31st December 2019 - Is the $1.25million payable in June including 2018 however, split to account for the time period of the deal? For instance, the deal was struck April 2018. The agreement below states "to date through to December 2019". Is the minimum amount paid calculated as a monthly premium? $62,500 per month paid each June? Meaning that this June we could be looking at an added $125,000 as well as any applicable revenue generated through the SDK licencing etc, then the following June we would be paid an additional $750,000 June 2019 and the remaining $375,000 paid June 2020 (plus the difference of the $1.5Million for calendar 2020).

Aktay agrees to meet or exceed US$5,000,000 of Eligible Gross Revenue for the term of the Reseller Agreement, with minimum amounts per year as follows:

- to date through December 31, 2019: US$1.25 million;
- calendar year 2020: US$1.5 million; and
- calendar year 2021: US$2.25 million;

In the event that the Eligible Gross Revenue for a given year is below the applicable minimum amount detailed above, Aktay shall pay to Syntonic 100% of the Eligible Gross Revenue for that year and forego rights to any sales commission it would have otherwise received starting January 1 of the following year until Syntonic has received the amounts it would have received under the applicable minimum amount for the prior year;

In the event any applicable minimum amount detailed above remains unpaid by June 30 of the following year, Aktay shall pay the shortfall to Syntonic immediately;

Hypothetically, minimum cash receipts could be in a ball park of $450,000 in customer receipts for the next period, pending the cash receipts don't increase next quarter (unlikely) from the previous quarter?

Good question GR but I have a sneaky suspicion that the product is already likely to be sold to a number of government or quasi government enterprises IMO.

I don’t think they would have bothered to sign the agreement without significant interest from a number of entities that would justify the downside.

However just IMO! Nonetheless starting to feel more like the company is finally gathering steam!
