I'd have to agree with you Trav. This does look like the good ol' 3 card trick.

If I look at the big picture and how tied FMS's fortunes are to BBIG, then the delay here seems to fit more with the delays BBIG may be having.

If it were the case that BBIG's FID won't be soon - let's say end of calendar year at best - then FMS's quarterly is just buying more time to fit into the bigger picture. That makes sense to me - and I could be dead wrong.

Seriously you need the patience of ten saints to be in this stock ... but I still believe the reward will be worth the wait.
